The Monvee system is once again back online and accepting logins.  Thank you all for your patience, and please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

Monvee hosting provider is experiencing system issues...

The hosting provider for the Monvee system is experiencing system issues which has caused us to place Monvee into maintenance mode.  Please check back in a few hours while they work to get their systems back online and then we will be able to bring Monvee back online.   Many apologies for this inconvenience.

Monvee system maintenance on Monday morning 4/11 at 11 am CT to 3pm CT

Please be advised that there is a necessary maintenance update for the Monvee system that will take place on Monday morning 04/11 at 11 am CT to 3 pm CT.

 

Items included with this maintenance update:

  • Some bug fixes and enhancements to progress tracking and schedule updating.
  • Enhanced .pdf printout mechanism for discovery summary and roadmap to allow for longer descriptions to display on printouts.  Print routines are much faster and take less system resources than previous version.
  • New Monvee Assets added to the assets page.
  • Added ability for system to accept new user status of Separated.
  • Improved registration screen error messages.
  • Various internal system enhancements.

We have made some changes to the weekly growth partner progress emails and so the Monvee system will resume sending those messages on Sunday night 02/20.

Monvee system maintenance on Monday morning 02/14 at 11 am CT to 3pm CT

Please be advised that there is a necessary maintenance update for the Monvee system that will take place on Monday morning 02/14 at 11 am CT to 3 pm CT.

 

Items included with this maintenance update:

  • User can change and save the position of Dashboard widgets for both those with church blogs as well as those without.
  • The schedule has been defaulted to upper right position to be next to the Roadmap area on dashboard.
  • Reports are now better organized by report category.
  • Demographics screen birth date year entry has been defaulted to blank and now has a minimum age of 13 years to better deter inadvertent clicks.
  • Resource entry navigation has been improved by correcting the save and next feature.
  • Pastor Dashboard menu display has been corrected.
  • Growth partner invite verbiage has been updated.
  • Pastor Dashboard screen scrolling issue has been corrected.
  • Corrected data reporting issue in reports.
